Morning Meeting
SERVPRO of Barberton/Norton has an 8:00 am employee meeting every day to discuss the day's plans. Work orders are printed and the crews are assigned to open jobs known as work in progress. Each work order also includes vehicles needed to carry equipment and supplies depending on the job at hand. If the job includes a pack out, then the proper trucks are used to move contents from the customer's home to our ware house for storage and cleaning if need be. The work in progress includes both mitigation and reconstruction jobs. Using the proper vehicles, crews and equipment is key for productivity.
