Water Line Leak

One of the most common causes of water damage is the failure of the water line to the refrigerator.  These days it’s hard to purchase a fridge that does not have a water and ice dispenser.  The dispenser requires a water line made of either copper or plastic tubing.  Even a pinhole leak can cause a lot of damage to the kitchen and surrounding rooms including the basement.   We provided water damage mitigation services to several rooms in this residence.  Although the kitchen cabinets were removed due to water damage, a temporary sink was left in place so the family was able to use the kitchen during the restoration process
